Survivor of domestic violence, I found my refuge in the mortgage industry. It not only empowered me with the knowledge to become a homeowner early on but also gave me the strength to stand tall. Today, I’m here, sharing my story to inspire others and bring change.

In 2023, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) revealed that single women accounted for 17% of all homebuyers. Yet, women like us are underrepresented in the leadership of the mortgage industry, despite our growing presence as homeowners. As a female-owned mortgage company, we aim to usher in a fresh and innovative perspective, one that serves the needs of ALL people.

I’m Kelli Miles, and I’m thrilled to be your go-to mortgage advisor. Originally from the beautiful state of Tennessee, I made the move to sunny Florida in 2016! Outside of work, I’m a devoted mom who values balance, growth, and being fully present for the people who matter most. Parenting has deepened my patience, resilience, and ability to remain calm under pressure—qualities that naturally carry into my professional life. I lead with empathy, maintain strong boundaries, and believe the best environments are built on support, clarity, and mutual respect.

I grew up in Southern California, spent eight years in South Florida, and now reside in Southern Oregon following a recent divorce—a chapter that strengthened my independence, clarity, and sense of purpose. As I continue building this next season of life, I’m finding my way back to sunny Florida, where my heart truly belongs.
